The OFIA program was happy to be featured in the annual InstallNET conference in sunny San Diago California, the first weekend in November. As part of the opening “20/20 Vision” welcoming comments, Dale Ewing allowed Mike Greider, OFIA Advocate, to provide some updated stats on how the OFIA program and the OFIA.org portal have progressed in the last year. In short – we’ve made tremendous process! Brand new customers and providers have found the OFIA.org website, registered, and successfully submitted quotes to our provider network. Each month, the OFIA.org website improves with feature updates, bug fixes, and functionality tweaks.
Also during the conference, the OFIA team was able to provide a 20-minute walk through of the OFIA.org portal. This included a demo from both the customer and provider point of view. As a result, attendees were able to see the system from end to end and provider comments and feedback to continue the OFIA.org progression.
