Thank you all for the continued feedback and suggestions for the OFIA.org portal. We have just released version 1.4 that incorporates additional functionality based on communications with those using the tool. In addition, we've streamlined some of the interface to make it more consistent and user friendly from a mobile device.
The biggest change you will see is the additional "Questions and Answers" modules within a quote. Now a provider and customer can ask structured questions/answers to add clarity to a job submission. Of course, when questions are asked and when answers are given, both parties are notified via email.
