OFIA Version 1.16

Posted: 07/27/17

The OFIA team is pleased to announce the release of version 1.16 of the OFIA portal. The biggest change is a frequently requested update that allows providers to bid multiple ways. The standard, single price bid remains, but there is now the capability to provide multiple options for the customer to select from. In addition, you can provide an hourly bid with the total amount of hours to be determined at a later date.

The complete list of changes is outlined below. As always, if you have any questions or comments, please contact our OFIA support team at 844-851-3234 or [email protected]

1. Allow the ability to provide multiple bid options, each with a separate description and prices.
2. Allow the ability to provide an hourly rate instead of a job rate.
3. Be able to set a job attribute that requires entering the final cost before a job can be closed.
4. Add a section within a company profile to store documents. These can be shared with others, or private just to the company.
5. The "Customer PO" field is now included in the top global search field. 6. Added a new Project Type of "Decommission".
7. Automatically give weekly notifications on long standing incomplete quotes, non-selected quotes and inactive jobs.
8. Allow users to change the "Project Name" and "Customer PO" when waiting for bids.
9. Allow users to change the estimated dates when waiting to select bids.
10. Create quick link from dashboard to view completed jobs.
11. Customer can now specify if their dates are flexible as opposed to finalized.
12. Admin: Show "Deleted" next to the provider name if they were removed from a bid.
13. Admin: When approving auto-responded emails, be able to taylor the distribution list to be more narrow if needed.
14. Admin: Change form using the "Selected Date" to "Start Date" on most reports.
15. Admin: Allow an administrator to quickly cancel a job.
16. Admin: New report option to view all non-deleted, non-closed entries.
17. Bug Fix: Job status was incorrectly "Waiting to Start" in some scenarios.
18. Bug Fix: If the "Create New Quote" function is disable for a customer, do not allow punch jobs.
