OFIA version 1.14 was released today, and it’s our largest release to date. Included in this release is a brand new “Help” section that can access through a link at the top of every page. In this help section is a method of easily submitting a request to the OFIA support team, a FAQ, a section of OFIA relevant videos, and the release history.
We are populating the FAQ and videos section over time, but hopefully this will be a useful destination for common help requests.
In addition, we’ve also tweaked the Terms and Conditions of OFIA and now require everyone to accept these terms before they can log on.
We’ve also made it easier for a user to be automatically notified (in addition to the quote/job POC) and now allow attached invoices to be automatically forwarded to specific email addresses. We’ve also added numerous user requested changes to streamline and optimize OFIA in several different areas. If you have any thoughts or comments, please feel free to contact the OFIA support team.
